Blessed Time in Chiang Mai Thailand for the nth Time

 It is always a blessing to be in Thailand and for the third time, the Lord gave me the chance to visit Chiang Mai again. By God's grace, I served my sisters in Christ from Legazpi city for their exposure trip and we are grateful for the divine connection with our spiritual family in Thailand. The trip's highlight was the visit to the Karen tribe in northern Thailand. Our sisters were given the chance to introduce Jesus to the tribe, as majority of them if not, all of them have never heard of the name Jesus before. What a blessing! May the Lord continue to open doors and at the same time give us the willing hearts to obey. May we not be discouraged of the persecutions nor the hardship that go along with our desire to preach Jesus especially to the unreached. Glory to the Triune God always.

Traveling Amidst the COVID 19 Threat

Traveling to 4 countries (IndoChina) in spite of the COVID-19 threat was not part of my plan at all. The latest coronavirus went to its sporadic blast when I was already in Thailand. Now, my free visa is about to expire here in Cambodia so I have to leave tomorrow for Vietnam, trusting that the great hand of the Lord never closes for all of us. Current news says lock-down is now set for travels to and from Manila for one week.... These are just precautionary measures, so just submit and don't panic my friends.
No matter what, Jesus is Lord, Lord of all!

It was a fulfilling 4-day travel. I met some great missionaries and had the chance to work with them. We visited some slum areas and I was able to see how they ministered to them. The Americans I met were amazing. They are so good at the Thai Language. I also want to learn the language. If God wills it, I will also be a missionary to BKK or to any Buddhist country.
