Sit and suffer a stroke!

Did you know that when you are sitting, there is an important enzyme that is shutting down?

This enzyme is called LIPASE, which is responsible for the processing of the fats in your body. Once this shuts down, the processing apparently stops too. Veins will be blocked, causing heart diseases. This is one of the reasons why office workers, who sit in front of the computer the whole day, have weak heart. And yes, all "tamad" people are prone to suffer a stroke too. So if you want to have a heart failure, just sit all day!



From wiki: A lipase is a water-soluble enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ester bonds in water–insoluble, lipid substrates. Lipases thus comprise a subclass of the esterases. Lipases perform essential roles in the digestion, transport and processing of dietary lipids such as triglycerides, fats, oils in most, if not all, living organisms. Genes encoding lipases are even present in certain viruses.

One of the most blessed people i've met is Dr.Shintani. He has been used by God to help other people believe that they can heal thru natural way or God's way. I have been listening to his health radio program (healing and you) aired in Hawaii and so far, i have learned a lot. Glory to God because i am enabled to share what i've learned to other people as well. I believe God has enabled Dr.Shintani to do what he is doing now.

Just recently, he flew to New York and and attended the "knighting" ceremony. He was officially "knighted" into the Sovereign Order of the Knights Hospitaller of St. John of Jerusalem, the oldest healing order in the Christian world dating back to the Crusades (aorund 1047 or so). It is sanctioned by Prince Michael of Russia, the Patriarch of Russia (like its pope) and the Russian Orthodox Church. He has sent me a couple of pics like this one.


I pray that God will continuously use Dr.Shintani to help people heal. He is one gifted human, made to bless other people.

I want my dad to have his OWN Poultry Farm

This is my dad's poultry farm in Nabua. He doesn't own it. Just renting it. I know how hard he is trying to make the most out of it but oftentimes, he fails. Yes, sometimes, all the efforts are just put into vain. It's because of the rental, electric bill, and other expenses. He often earn just a little profit.

Remember my wishlist? One of my wishes there is "to give my dad his own poultry farm". Now, read my title, it says: "i WANT my dad to have his own poultry farm"... Yes, i once wished.. now i want it.... and I'm positive about it.

Most of the time, our wishlist should not be left just a list of wishes. We must later on realize that it is better to have a "want list". This is more positive.

God owns everything, and it is always possible that He can grant us everything we ask. But let's not forget that He has plans. His ways are better than ours because His thoughts are higher than ours.

God has given us the freedom to live. Yes, you may have never realized it but God has given you and me this special gift of freedom!

Whenever i play with my little brothers and sister, i feel so glad, i mean, the happiness that can never be bought in the mall, that feeling that can never be compensated by any amount... It is just an unexplainable bliss. I thank God for that gift to be happy.

These children in our house make our lives. God is so good that this home is called a home. I always hear laughs, cries, childish screams, and all that. But these are all giving me something direct into my heart. They touch me.

WHenever i see them, i remember what God said in matthew...

"I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. ⁴Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven."

Let's always remember this truth that God has given us. Let's ask for wisdom to understand what He wanted us to know. He has created a child in you and me that will reveal how humble God is. He died for you and me, though He is God. Now you are free. I am free. God wants you and me to be with Him soon. But before that happens, let's enjoy the freedom that He has given us. Do this in preparation for something eternal. God is waiting.......

A blessed birthday Kuya!

It's my Kuya's birthday. He's currently in Dammam so the "blow-out" will be sent overseas haha.

I am so blessed with my brother's life because ever since we were small, i look up to him as a model. He's intelligent and meek. Would you imagine that when i was undecided about my college course, i still looked up to him. He took BS CIvil engineering and so i go to the same university, i didn't take BS Civil, I picked BS Geothermal ENgineering. Still the same field. haha.

Gone were the days when we were fighting all day. Screaming at each other. We got tired of it. We love each other now. I miss him. :)

He is always telling me thru chat that it is very hot in there. Sometimes 44 degrees celsius. Woah! Often, there is sand storm. But hey, I am never worried! I believe God is guiding him there. He is in good hands. God is in control of everything.

I thank God for my brother's life.

Last night i don't know why I was feeling that certain weight inside me. I felt alone and sad. I believe that feeling was not coming from God. I am certain that i felt it because i was not with God (i was preoccupied with work). It might be caused by stress or satan was just trying to annoy me. I felt sorry for myself but then by God's grace, i was healed right then. I prayed and sang and praise Him. I was even inspired to make another song for Him. Glory to God. I woke up this morning receiving a brand new gift from Him, a gift to live a life that is full of reasons to rejoice!

I remember earlier, i thought i was hearing something awful from the Mayon volcano, thought it was erupting. But it was not. I will not be stunned if one day, the volcano will spew ashes or lava again. It has been releasing lava to its crater since two years ago (if i'm not mistaken-that's 2006, i was still in PNOC). A lot of signs are telling, God is just there. He has the power to create and He has the power to destroy, but He is not allowing us all to be hurt.

This province is suffering from various kinds of calamities. But GOd is good, He has never forsaken the native people. Last week, there was a typhoon, and legazpi was flooded with a great volume of water again.

We don't know until when we are going to have this respite from all calamities. But God does. Let's ask Him,

"Oh Lord, what can i do for the remaining days in my life... Guide me.. I surrender.. In Jesus Name.. Amen"
